I can’t log into my account — what should I do?
Try resetting your password from the login page. If you’re still locked out, email us at support@bloomingrx.com and we’ll help you regain access.
I need a refill but don’t see it in my portal.
Make sure you’re logged into the correct account. If the option isn’t visible, your provider may need to review your case first. You can submit a message directly from your portal dashboard.
How do I know who my provider is?
You can view your assigned provider once logged in. Their name and license credentials will appear in your dashboard, along with a way to message them securely
I haven’t heard back from my provider — what now?
Most provider responses are sent within 1–2 business days. If it’s been longer, feel free to email us at support@bloomingrx.com and we’ll look into it.
I think I’m having a reaction to my medication.
For mild side effects, message your provider through the portal. If symptoms are severe or life-threatening, seek emergency care immediately.
